We Can Use Faith
Today I am testifying wondrous deeds of our Lord. Fear gripped my heart for so long, tightening its hold with each passing day. But today, I am here, finally able to testify and say, 'Thank you, Lord.'
In the depths of fear, there came a day when it seemed overwhelming, when I felt it reach its peak. In that moment, I braced myself for the worst, for in every circumstance, it seemed there was a reason for despair. I prayed eagerly, tears streaming down my face, crying out to the heavens, 'Oh Lord, I beseech you, hear my plea.'
And indeed, the Lord heard me. His grace enveloped me, His mercy washed over me like a soothing balm. For this I am eternally grateful. As it is written in Psalm 34:4-5:
I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed. Psalm 34:4-5
Today, I stand not in the shadow of fear, but in the light of gratitude.
Be still, and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10
